Books & Resources

For the faith that asks hard questions and keeps showing up anyway.

Every resource here grew out of something real — a deployment, a cancer diagnosis, seasons of doubt, a God who didn’t leave. I write for the people who are still in the middle of it.

Beyond Comfort

Living Out God’s Call to Love Our Neighbors

I wrote this workbook because I kept meeting people who genuinely wanted their faith to mean something — and felt stuck. Stuck between Sunday morning and Monday morning. Stuck between what they believed and what they actually did about it.

Beyond Comfort is a 6-section workbook designed to move you from conviction to action. Each section includes Scripture, honest reflection questions, practical next steps, and space to journal. It works for individuals, small groups, and churches ready to stop circling the same comfortable territory.

The goal isn’t more Bible knowledge. The goal is a life that looks like Jesus.

Faith Over Fear

A Free 7-Day Scripture & Prayer Guide

Seven days. One Scripture, one reflection, one prayer. For when anxiety feels louder than God.

I wrote this not from a pulpit but from the middle of my own hard seasons — as a military spouse, as someone navigating loss and rebuilding, as a person who knows what it’s like when faith feels like a whisper and anxiety feels like a shout. This is what I wish someone had handed me.

Finding Joy

The Year Apart That Made Me a Better Wife

This book started as journal entries during my first deployment as a military spouse. My husband was overseas. My daughter had just survived retinoblastoma. And I was trying to figure out what faith looked like when life looked nothing like I planned.

Finding Joy is for anyone navigating a long-distance marriage — military or otherwise — who needs to know that God is present in the waiting and that your family can come out the other side stronger than it went in. It’s honest. It’s not tidy. And it ends with real hope because that’s what actually happened.

Footprints, Vol. 13

A short story in the Florida Writers Association anthology. Sometimes the story that needs telling is only a few pages — and a few pages is exactly enough.

Surviving the Robot Apocalypse

Where I think out loud about AI, creativity, faith, and what it means to stay human when the tools keep changing. Nerdy. Theological. Very much me.
